Highlights
State Street's institutional investor confidence index rose to 90.4 in February from 85.2 in January. Strength was centered in North America which the report attributed to "sanguine" comments from U.S. policy makers. Europe firmed in the month while Asia softened. The report warned that caution appears to be growing in Asia.
