Highlights
State Street's institutional investor confidence index jumped 10.0 points in March to 100.6 with strength centered squarely in North America. Interestingly, the report said that institutional investors, especially in North America, see current volatility as an opportunity to invest in the stock market: "... institutional investors have been ready and willing to take the other side."
